App not letting me set password. Pls help. This is the journal app.
I like very much this journal. The pages and fonts are great for journaling. The problem is I will really want to keep it. I bought this Dec 9. When I wrote on Dec 10 the day before disappeared.
I am having trouble with losing what I write. Also there is no way to save my pages. If I email in PDF I don’t get the pretty paper or the font. Just plain.
Hi Carol,
You entries are not lost. They are all saved. You can go back to see and also edit past entries just like present ones. If you look at the bottom right (on iPad) or top left button (iPhone), there’s an icon that looks like a stack of pages. Tap on that and you’ll see all your entries. Let me know if you need any help.

I love this App (Journal+). But How do you edit /delete Tags?
It’s pretty easy, you can swipe on the tag that you want to delete and delete it. All entries that was tagged with that tag will be untagged (not delete).

I just purchased this app and setup my info and password lock, as well as stationery etc. now that I’m tying to log into the journal, it will not accept my password saying its incorrect. And my iPad will not open the zip file which was the clue. I go on to my PC to open the hint and it’s exactly what I’m entering as the password. I’m frustrated. I just want to use the product. Please advise.

Sorry for all the trouble you have to go through. This looks like an error in the program. Please delete the app and reinstall it (you won’t be charged again). We will try to identify this error and fix it in the next update.

Thank you for the response. I did delete the app and reinstall, but that did not work.
I noticed on the “clue” that was emailed to me, the pattern was the same but the red circle around the blue dots was missing from one of the dots in the line that I drew. Does this have any significance?
Yes. The red circle around the blue ones are the one that you should connect. So, if you look at your clue, you should draw the pattern that match the one with red circles.

Okay, that’s what I did. Just say the pattern was and “L” and I swipe three dots straight down and directly connect the two dots all the way to the righ to make a “L”. Just imagine all the dots I swipe are blue with a red circle around them except one. Why?

I just purchased the app for my iPhone and made an entry, then loaded (hopefully synced) to iPad, when I opened on iPad I had to setup the account again, when I opened it my entry from iPhone is not there. What did I do wrong?
Can’t seem to get entry to sync on both devices, iPhone and iPad. Purchased on iPhone the synced to iPad, had to set the account again on iPad, but when opened entry on iPhone is not there. What am I doing wrong?
I am stuck on iCloud sync screen. It goes on forever. I reinstalled app several times resulted the same problem.
Please suggest and solve the problem and if this is a bug then fix in update.

Can you try the following:
1. Delete the app from all your devices
2. Go to your device’s Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > Journal Plus > the tap on the top right “Edit” button and then “Delete All”
3. Wait for a about a minute and Re-install the app
